Who pays the app store fees?
You do, on your own accounts, so the app is yours: Apple Developer Program $99/year, Google Play $25 one-time. Web apps and installable apps (PWA) need no store fees.
Google Play testing for new accounts
New Google Play personal developer accounts must run a 14-day closed test with at least 12 testers before the app can go public. I'll help you set it up.
Do I need a D-U-N-S number?
Business developer accounts may need a D-U-N-S number. It's free to request.
